A sponsoring partner inside the portco, a data and access lead, and read-only credentials to the operating stack. We ask for twenty to forty operator interviewees drawn from dispatch, vegetation, customer operations, and field leadership. We do not require a dedicated PM from your side.

Data is segregated per portco at every layer. The fund-level Brain compares against an anonymised portfolio benchmark, not raw cross-portco data. Contractual zero retention at the model layer. SOC 2 Type II in scoping.

The first portco takes six weeks. Each subsequent portco compresses because the workflow library and the agent specifications carry over. We have replicated an Operations Assessment across four portcos inside one fund book in a single quarter.

Max maps the operating stack on day one, regardless of vendor. Common substrates show up across most portcos (Slack, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Maximo, Workday); the workflow library is tool-agnostic at the engagement layer.

Three options. A fixed monthly fee for deployed agents with a savings floor. A percentage of measured savings, audited monthly. An annual subscription for fund-level Operations Intelligence. Most engagements blend two of the three.
